Article 7 – Confidentiality and personal data:

The information gathered at the time of the booking of training is subject to computerised data processing intended to ensure optimum monitoring of the booking. Van d’Ouest will ensure that these data are kept confidential. The data will not be communicated to any commercial partners or third parties without the express, prior consent of the client. The information gathered may be used by Van d’Ouest subsequently to provide the client with commercial offers and to keep the client informed of products, services and events offered by Van d’Ouest.
In accordance with the Law on “informatique et libertés” [data processing and freedoms] dated 8 December 1992, modified in 1998 and 2001, the client has the benefit of a right of access and correction of information concerning them, which they may exercise by writing to Van d’Ouest. The client may also, at any time, oppose the processing of data concerning them or modify the information concerning them by sending an email to francoise@vandouest.com

Article 8 - Disputes:

The present general conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law.
Any claim relating to training must be sent in writing to Van d’Ouest, Rue des Pignons, 37, 6767 Couvreux, or by e-mail to francoise@vandouest.com.
The data recorded at the site www.vandouest.com may be used as proof of communications between the parties, of bookings made by the client and transactions made between Van d’Ouest and the client.
Any dispute arising between Van d’Ouest and the client relating to these general conditions of sale or the conduct of training, in default of an amicable solution being found, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Arlon.
